Update 1/22/15The PR Manager at Elago worked with me to fix my issues and inconveniences in a very quick and polite manner.5 stars for excellent customer service in rectifying my issues so quickly.He even told me that the P2 stands can be bent to get the same viewing angle as the M3. So now I have 5 stands on my desk for all iPhone 5, 6, 6+, Note 4, and iPad. There's a dent on the left side of the M3 so it seems like it's a manufacturing problem. Also the stand makes the phone crooked since one side of the cradle is higher than the other. Now I know the walnut stand is made in China but China doesn't manufacture bad things. Most apple hardware is manufactured in China and they can produce quality products. Elago can do the same.Also, Contacted Elago regarding my previous order and never heard back from them...not cool...contacted amazon and they helped me and i'm still waiting for this to be delivered...Old review:I've ordered from Elago before and had no issues with my two P2 stands. The P2s are great but their viewing angle isn't the best and I have to prop something underneath it to make the angle better.But this came damaged in two places:1.) The walnut stand had a dent in it in the front so it's quite visible.2.) The rubber at the bottom was stuck to the packaging so two corners had paper stuck to the glue of the rubberPros:1.) Viewing angle is great...way better than the P2s where I had to prop something underneath it.Cons:1.) Sticking in a wire from the hole on the walnut stand is annoying. I wish it were like the P2 more with the opening in the front....2.) Wished the walnut was a bit more polishedPlease make a P3 stand with a better angle and I will buy more of the those for my company and employees to use.Amazon customer service over the phone helped. Hoping Elago will respond since soon.
